I recently completed a Masters of Contemporary Art at Victorian College of the Arts, 2014.
My work has been awarded a special show at Chin Chin with a financial reward. I have recently judged two Proud Exhibitions at the VCA.
Melanie has exhibited at the Counihan Gallery, Rubicon, Red gallery, Linden Gallery, Alternating Current Art Space, and the Brunswick Street Gallery.
An inspiring residency in Barcelona Jiwar, where the growing protest movement for independence asserted itself also inspired me.
Melanie’s work is held in private collections in Australia and overseas.
Born in South Africa I currently lives in Moreland, Melbourne.
